The Hiring Process:
Our goal is to attract and retain only the best in the field of home care - caring individuals we would welcome into our own home to care for our elderly loved ones. To ensure this, we have a comprehensive hiring process which includes an initial phone screen, an in-person interview, a criminal background check, and verification of professional and personal references. Additionally, we provide initial and ongoing training to further increase your knowledge and skill.
